You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services, or to process any content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with ScalogicAI are our property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You may be given access to non-public information related to ScalogicAI's Services, technology, or business operations. You agree to treat this information as confidential and not to disclose it without prior written consent.

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace. ScalogicAI is not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

By using our Services, you grant ScalogicAI the right to access, store, and use your data solely to provide and improve the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScalogicAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

You may stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a risk to our platform, users, or operations.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on our website and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ScalogicAI does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content or results produced through the Services. Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ScalogicAI and its founders, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights. This obligation survives the termination of your use of the Services.

Fees for ScalogicAI's Services are agreed upon prior to engagement and outlined in your service agreement or proposal. All fees are due as specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services for accounts with outstanding balances. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us within 30 days of the charge at contact@scalogic.ai.
